ForkOut Software & Branding
The ForkOut mobile app, website, software, design, logos, and other materials at forkout.app are owned by me, the creator of ForkOut, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use ForkOut for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with the Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from ForkOut without my prior written permission.
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit through ForkOut (such as chat messages, preferences, and saved items). By using the Service, you grant me a license to use, store, and process that content as needed to operate and improve the app — for example, to personalize recommendations and sync your data across sessions, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Content & Services
ForkOut integrates third-party data and services, including restaurant listings (Google Places), recipes (Spoonacular), AI processing (Google Gemini), and other providers. That content remains the property of its respective owners and is subject to their own terms and licenses.
Display of third-party names, logos, or content does not imply endorsement by ForkOut or those third parties.
Open Source
ForkOut may include open-source software components. Where required, corresponding license notices are available in the app or repository. Open-source licenses apply only to those specific components, not to ForkOut as a whole.
Feedback
If you send suggestions, ideas, or feedback about ForkOut, you grant me the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation, to improve the Service.
